Support
Leusso Proxy Browser is a browser for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. It supports SOCKS5 and HTTP CONNECT proxy servers that you provide.
The app does not sell or provide proxy servers. It is not a system VPN: your selected route applies to browsing inside the app and does not change the network route for other apps.
Contact support
For app issues, purchase questions, feedback, or feature requests, email leusso.help@outlook.com.
To help us investigate, please include:
- Your device model and iOS or iPadOS version.
- The app version, available in Settings → About.
- A short description, the steps to reproduce the issue, and any displayed error message.
- Whether you were using Direct, SOCKS5, or HTTP CONNECT, and whether it happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both.
Please do not send proxy passwords, full proxy URLs containing credentials, payment-card information, or sensitive browsing data. Remove private information from screenshots before sending them.
Set up a proxy
- Obtain a compatible SOCKS5 or HTTP CONNECT proxy from your provider or use a server you control.
- Open the Current Route control and choose Add Proxy. You can also manage profiles in Settings → Proxy Profiles.
- Enter the correct proxy type, host, port, and any username and password required by your provider, then save.
- Select the saved proxy as the Current Route and open a website to check browsing.
With Proxy Browser Pro, you can also use Test Connection for a separate connectivity check and response time. Tests contact api64.ipify.org through the proxy being tested. They do not change the Current Route.
If a proxy does not connect
- Confirm the server type. SOCKS5 and HTTP CONNECT settings are not interchangeable.
- Recheck the host, port, username, and password, and confirm the account or server is still active.
- Ask your provider whether the proxy requires an IP allowlist or has restrictions that affect your current network.
- Check whether the issue affects one website or all websites. Try another network if available.
- If a Pro connection test fails but websites load, the test service may be unavailable or blocked by the provider.
When a selected proxy is unavailable, browsing through it fails closed. The app does not silently switch to Direct. If you want to browse without a proxy, select Direct yourself.
Free features and Proxy Browser Pro
The free version supports one saved proxy profile. Proxy Browser Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no subscription. It unlocks unlimited saved proxy profiles, convenient switching among multiple profiles, manual connection tests with response times, and batch proxy URL import. The purchase screen shows the current price for your App Store region.
Restore a purchase
- Make sure the App Store is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- Open Leusso Proxy Browser → Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Follow any Apple prompts and allow the purchase check to finish.
- If Pro is still unavailable, contact support with the displayed message and your app version.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. For purchase problems or a refund request, visit Apple's Report a Problem website.
Private Browsing and clearing data
Private Browsing uses a nonpersistent website session. Close all Private tabs to end it. Private Browsing does not provide anonymity, and bookmarks or files you deliberately save remain until you delete them.
Settings → Clear Website Data removes Normal browsing cookies, cache, and other website data. It does not delete open tab records, preview images, bookmarks, proxy profiles, settings, exported files, or the active Private session. Close Normal tabs to remove their saved tab records and previews. Delete saved bookmarks and proxy profiles separately.
Camera, microphone, and location
If a website cannot use your camera or microphone, check Settings → Website Permissions in the app and the app's permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Camera and microphone default to Ask. Allow All Websites applies to both Normal and Private browsing; choose Ask or Deny to change this. Location access is controlled by the applicable website and device permission prompts.
